Professor Martin Anda closely collaborates with key international partners on paths to a carbon neutral future and the cyclic economy. In this capacity, he co-directed the Renewable Hydrogene Industry Hub of West Australia in the Karratha region. Together with global industry partners, a 26 GW green hydrogene infrastructure has been outlined, with customers in Japan and South Korea. The developments are a key cornerstone for the Australian strategy to become a future Green Energy Superpower.

Sinan Tumer is an international thought leader and strategist on catalyzing innovation in the world’s leading companies. He served three decades at SAP Labs, working on five continents to coordinate global teams in research, development, and co-innovation partnerships. In his responsibility, he overlooked operations across 18 SAP research centers and focused on SAP’s R&D operations. He launched the SAP Co-Innovation Lab at SAP’s America headquarters in Newtown Square. There, he established an open innovation process for SAP’s partner ecosystem. Christian Hübner has been working in the in the Department Economy and Innovation at the Division Analysis and Consulting of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, Germany since July 2023. His focus is on artificial intelligence, blockchain/web3, and sustainability. Previously, he led the Asia and Pacific Regional Program for Energy Security and Climate Change in Hong Kong, China, and the Regional Program for Energy Security and Climate Change in Latin America in Lima, Peru. He began his career at KAS as a coordinator for the environment, climate, and energy. Before KAS, he worked as an economist in a Leibniz Association research institution.

Achim P. Karduck is General Co-Chair of DEBEST 2023, together with Elizabeth Chang. As long term cooperation partners, they address Digital Ecosystems, Business Intelligence, Logistics and Resilience, and Sustainable Transformation in key domains, e.g. Energy and Mobility of the Future. As professor and director sustainability and international at Furtwangen University, IMT Albi, and Griffith University, he is passionate about quality innovations and their potential for SEED. His research projects are often linked to partners in companies and leading organizations, like the Fraunhofer Institutes or the Smart Green Accelerator Startup Ecosystem in Freiburg. Together with Ernst Ulrich von Weizsäcker, he elaborated a series about quality innovations from various perspectives.With the innovation strategist Sinan Tumer, he co-directed the innovation adoption forums at the IEEE DEST conference series. Previously to his academic career, he headed the Innovation Department for Information Systems of Swiss Bank Corporation in Basel, Switzerland. Subsequently, he served as head of UBS Private Banking New Technologies US in New York. Achim Karduck will outline the context of the DEBEST Cadenabbia Agenda for quality innovations and SEED.
